The staff's kindness and helpfulness. Great pool, sauna, and relaxation room. Uncrowded billiards and bowling. Great location with free parking

The pool and sauna were great, and we really enjoyed unwinding in the relaxation room. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do. And having underground parking for the car was a definite plus, especially during the snowy winter weather.
One major disappointment was the lack of food options. As someone who doesn't eat pork, I was disappointed to see that all the meat choices on the menu were some form of pork.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the weekend. the pool, sauna, and relaxation room were great amenities. the location was also perfect for our activities and there was free parking in a secure underground garage.
There wasn't a lot of variety in the menu for those who don't eat pork. Both options were pork-based, which was disappointing for the 2 billion people in the world who don't eat pork.

We had a fantastic stay! Best aspects included the friendly staff, great pool and sauna, and convenient free parking. The location was also perfect for exploring this beautiful city.

The location of the hotel was perfect! We enjoyed the free parking in the underground garage, where our car survived well in the snow. the staff was kind and helpful, providing us with everything we needed. the facilities were great, especially the pool and saunas. Our room had a beautiful view of the surroundings and it was very clean and cozy.
There was only one choice of meat on the menu and it was pork. It would have been nice to have an alternative for those who do not eat pork.
